Unless you make significant changes in the editing room, I don’t often advise on submitting the film to the same festival again. 2020 was weird, but…the only way a film would get into something a year later is if submissions are down, but submission this year are likely to be higher than last year. If you’re unsure, I’d reach out to the coordinator and ask what their policy is on resubmissions.
